Tradeinn International Triathlon brings to the province of Girona a new event for triathletes, we present you the Road Half Distance, that will start in Platja d´Aro on the 13th of May. The triathlete will be able to enjoy the excellent Platja Gran during the 1.9 kilometres of the course, then they will be able to experience a unique route during the 90 kilometres marked by the climbs of Romanyà de la Selva and Coll de la Ganga followed by a stretch along the flowery and spectacular roads of Baix Empordà. Finally, you´ll enjoy the 21 kilometres through the nerve centre of Platja d´Aro where you´ll feel the vibration of the public and the organisation pushing you towards the finish line.

The 1900m one-lap Swiminn Course is characterised by the calm waters of the Platja d´Aro bay. The rectangular-shaped course with few turns invites you to beat your best times in the segment with the sunrise over the Costa Brava in the background.

The 90km Bikeinn Course runs entirely through the spectacular nature reserve of Les Gavarres. The short, flat passes of Romanyà and La Ganga, which you will have to ride back and forth, are undoubtedly the challenge of this segment. Very flat climbs without steep gradients and fast descents without technical difficulty where you can increase your average speed

The 21km segment of the Runnerinn Course is divided into 2 laps of 10.5km completely flat. To begin with, the triathletes will run an out-and-back section to the parc dels estanys, where they will find the special refreshment point. Then they will enjoy the promenade of Platja d´Aro to finish returning to the city centre, where the cheers of the public will encourage the participants in each step of each lap.

¿Where do I register?

- I am Spanish, I want to compete in AGE GROUP and I am federated: You must register in Age Groups.

- I am Spanish, I want to compete in AGE GROUP and I am NOT federated: You must register in Non-Federated Age Groups.

- I am Spanish, I want to compete in AGE GROUP and I am NOT federated, but I WILL be federated in 2023: You must register as Non Federated Age Groups and ask for the refund of the insurance of one day when you are federated. You will be reimbursed the same day.

-I am not Spanish and I am federated in my country: You must register as ´non Spanish´. If on the day of the race you do not present your accreditation you will have to pay the day´s insurance.

- I want to compete in ELITE / PRO: ELITE / PRO registrations open on 1/01/2023, but you can register as ´Age Group´ or ´Non Spanish´ to secure your place. Once the ELITE / PRO registrations open you can request a change without any problem.
