When is the race?
Tradeinn International Triathlon - 140.6 INN will be held on Sunday 8 May 2022. It is important to note that the athlete must pick up his/her bibs and check in between Friday 6 May and Saturday 7 May.
Where is the race?
Tradeinn International Triathlon - 140.6 INN will be held in the locality of Platja d´Aro, province of Girona. The start will take place in Platja Gran. The finish and the fair of the runner will be located in the Pavelló Municipal d’Esports.
What are the distances?
3’8km of open water swimming.
180km of road cycling.
42.2km of running.
What are the cutting times?
Swimming: The athlete must arrive at T1 before 2h from the beginning of the race.
Cycling: The athlete must arrive at T2 before 11h from the beginning of the race.
Finish line: The athlete must arrive at the finish line before 16h from the beginning of the race.
How can I register?
A confirmation email will be sent to each correctly registered participant. In this email a registration number will be provided that will serve as proof for any management by the registered participant.
Registrations are open to anyone. These must be done from the web, filling out the registration form and making the payment by credit or debit card. No other payment method will be accepted.

Can the registration information be modified?
Yes, in this link the athlete will be able to modify his details once registered.
Collection of bibs and check-in.
The collection of bibs will take place at the Pavelló Municipal d´Esports on May 6th, between 16h and 20h, and May 7th, between 10h and 14h. To pick up the bib, each athlete must present his ID and sign the document of image rights and civil responsibility. The check in will take place on Saturday May 7th between 10h and 20h at the Pavello Municipal d´Esports. To check in, each athlete must wear:
Bracelet (it will be placed in the runner´s backpack).
Bike with the stickers correctly placed. The bicycle must meet the requirements indicated in the regulation.
Helmet with the stickers correctly placed.
It is compulsory to leave the bicycle in the T1 on Saturday 7th May. The rest of the material necessary for the race can be entered either on Saturday at the check-in, or on Sunday 8 May from 5:00 am to 6:30 am. From this time onwards, it will be totally forbidden to enter the boxes. Both the collection of bibs and the check-in must be done by the athlete himself. Under no circumstances will any external person be allowed to check in, except Paralympic athletes in case their disability requires assistance.
Will it be possible to warm up in the water before the event?
There will be a warm-up area from 6:00 to 6:45. All athletes must be in the start zone by 6:50h.
There will be 7 refreshment points on the cycling circuit and 2 refreshment points per lap on the race circuit. There will be 1 personal refreshment point on each circuit. The refreshment points and their regulations are indicated in the rules
Transfers and waivers
The athlete may request the cancellation of his participation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the section ´transfers and waivers´ are detailed the conditions of refund or transfer to another edition of the race.
The race will have official photographers during the three segments. Participants will be able to buy the photos after the event.
